Splash Party at Clark Park (Cochran Children’s Event)

This event is not at Cochran Library, but a short walking distance away at Clark Park.
There will be water activities/ games, sprinklers, splash pads, and all sorts of water fun for kids to stay cool! We will also be providing popsicles and drinks!
